What is changing?

These staff members will require the ability to comprehend and effectively communicate the clinical pathways, as well as provide assistance to participants throughout the process. They will have access to participant screening history using existing methods.

Additionally, they will play a crucial role in instilling confidence in participants regarding the journey, explaining the utilisation of their data, assisting with informed consent, and providing support throughout the pathway.
