National Bowel Screening Programme on the home straight

It’s a busy time for the National Bowel Screening Programme (NBSP) as it works to onboard the final five DHBs and complete the national rollout by the end of the year.

Waikato is the latest DHB to join, bringing the number of DHBs now offering bowel screening to 15 and making the life-saving programme accessible to more than 70 per cent of New Zealanders, aged 60 to 74.
