What is changing?
In the initial stage, Regional Co-ordinator teams will complete their training and have the confidence to promote, provide advice on, and support new choices for screening, with a particular focus on priority groups.
They will continue to be the critical interface, supporting enquiries and directing individuals to the correct resolutions, while also escalating queries to correct support channels.
Additionally, they will have access to the NCSP-Register and the Whaihua Portal.
