Workforce Development Strategy and Action Plan 2002–2007

The NSU has identified workforce development as one of six key areas for action in its Strategic Plan. Many workforce development initiatives are already in place. This Workforce Development Strategy and Action Plan outlines the way in which the NSU plans to deliver on that strategic area for action to guide the development of a competent and capable screening workforce. The priority actions have been developed after significant input from the screening sector and other key stakeholders, such as the education sector and professional bodies.
