Robyn Blue joins NCSP

After initially taking up nursing, Robyn went on to complete a social science degree, management qualifications and a Master of Public Health, which led to a variety of health and project management roles.
Her key areas of interest are primary health care and public health.
In 1990, Robyn was the inaugural manager of the Cervical Screening Programme at Hawke’s Bay District Health Board (DHB), and is delighted to have the opportunity to get back into this area of work.
In more recent times, Robyn managed three public health projects at Capital & Coast DHB – the National Immunisation Register, and the Meningococcal B and Healthy Eating Healthy Action projects – and comes to her new position from DHB Shared Services in Wellington, where she worked in a variety of project management roles.
