Module 1 of Antenatal and Newborn Screening E-learning resource updated
Module 1 Screening: Principles and Practice has been totally revamped and is not only more user friendly but has more interactive content. This module provides details of screening principles as they relate to the four antenatal and newborn initiatives run by the NSU. Practitioners will learn about screening pathways, legal frameworks and tips on how to communicate with pregnant women and their families. This will assist them to use best practice techniques in their every day practice.
The free e-learning resource can be viewed here. Five professional development points are awarded on completion of the module and the final assessment.
