Welcome to Deborah Mills

Deborah is a registered Medical Laboratory Scientist, and has worked in medical laboratories in NZ and the UK.

She spent many years at the Office of the Auditor-General as a Senior Performance Auditor, and her work there included two performance audits of the National Cervical Screening Programme.

Most recently, she has been managing science investments at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment.

Deborah works full-time and is based in Wellington. Her portfolio includes all laboratories, all South Island DHBs, and in the North Island: Hutt Valley DHB, MidCentral DHB, Whanganui DHB, Taranaki DHB, and Waikato DHB.

The NCSP's other Senior Portfolio Manager, Justine Pivac Solomon covers the remaining DHBs and all Independent Service Providers.
