Access to online screening histories
Laboratories can access screening histories online.
In addition to gaining access to Connected Health Network and getting a digital certificate, a completed User Access Form is required (refer below).
Training on the web user interface is available for those organisations that have Connected Health Network access, a valid digital security certificate and can open the register logon screen from a web browser.

Access to Connected Health Network
The application to connect to the Connected Health Network can be accessed on the Ministry of Health Connected Health web page.
Application for a digital certificate
Digital certificates are installed on your computer and add a level of security when you’re accessing our secure online systems.
You need submit two forms to be issued a digital certificate – the first registers your organisation, and the second is an application for your organisation to have a digital certificate issued to your site (this can then be used for all users at your site).

A completed NSCP Register User Access Request form is required.
What happens next?
Once you’ve successfully applied for a digital certificate with the NZHSRA, HealthLink will send your certificate to you by courier. The Register Central Team will work with your organisation and provide information on how to access the Register, including basic user instructions.
