NCSP Data Request

All requests for data from the NCSP Register must be made in writing to Mihikore Andrews, Interim NCSP Programme Leader.

Applications are to be made using the 'NCSP Register - Request for Data' form below.

If you are requesting ethnicity data you will be advised on whether you need to submit applications to:

National Kaitiaki Group (NKG)

Pacific Women's Data Advisory Group (PWDAG)

BSA Information Request

All requests for information from the BSA data set must be made in writing to Barbara Irwin, BSA Programme Leader.

Applications are to be made using the 'BreastScreen Aotearoa - Request for Information' form below.
