Ordering resources

The following health education resources can be ordered directly from the National Screening Unit website.  When you make a selection, put the number of items required in the quantity box.  When you have completed your selection, fill in your details on the form at the bottom of this page and click on the 'order these items' button.  Your order will be sent to the authorised provider of health education resources in your region and they will send the ordered items directly to you.

These resources are supplied at no charge.

These resources, and other resources provided by the Ministry of Health, are available to order from the Ministry of Health's HealthEd website - www.healthed.govt.nz.
