Symposium Programme

The programme was contributed to by many people within the screening community and by those with an interest in the area. It was the intention to provide a programme that challenged, stimulated debate and one that informed.

The programme was endorsed by the following professional organisations:

Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners (RNZCGP)
The Screening Symposium has been endorsed by The Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners (RNZCGP) and has been approved for up to 12 hours for General Practice Education Programme Stage 2 (formerly AVE) and Maintenance of Professional Standards (MOPS) purposes.

Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR)
Thirteen (13) points may be claimed for attendance at the 2 day conference. For anyone attending only part of this conference, points may be claimed pro rata at 1 point per learning hour.

The New Zealand Institute of Medical Radiation Technology (NZIMRT)
The NSU Screening Symposium has been approved for a maximum of 10 credits, as per group 1.4 of CPD background and requirements booklet. Please note: attendees must be registered in the CPD Programme at the time of attendance to claim recognition of CPD credits. Attendees must complete an Evaluation Form for inclusions in their Activity Record/Portfolio.
