Register for BreastScreen Aotearoa

 

If you are aged 45 - 69 years, have not had a recent mammogram, and have not been diagnosed with breast cancer, you are entitled to free breast screening mammograms (x-rays) every two years. Once you have submitted the on-line form you will be contacted by your local BreastScreen Aotearoa provider who will formally enrol you in the programme and make an appointment for your mammogram.
